Day 9: The Big Day-The American Day

Nico: We went to a beautiful fountain to fill up our water guns. It was at the lookout.
Luca: It was the Trastevere lookout. Mom and dad didn't let us drink the water because they thought it had poison in it.
Nico: That water did have poison in it.
Luca: I know.

Luca: That is us in front of the lookout.
Nico: Nothing I want to say.

Luca: That is us at a good view.
We saw our babysitter named Emma up there.

Luca: That is us at the view with our water guns.
Nico: I don't have my water gun.

Nico: I am drying off because I was being dirty and weird in the sprinklers.
Luca: I was in the sprinklers too.

Nico: I went to a BBQ party with mom's students and it was the Fourth of July; that's why they are holding the American flag over me.

Nico: That is me with one of Mom's students named Shawntel.

Luca: it was our grandmother's birthday today; she shares a birthday with America.
Nico: We hung out with our nanny Emma that night and played Kindle. Happy birthday PoPo!
Luca: Popo is what we call our grandma.
