Day 7: Half and half day

Nico: This is us waiting for our mom to buy us underpants.

[From the Galileo museum--Editor's note.]
Nico: This is someone who chopped off his finger, thumb and tooth just for science.
Luca: Mom got very grossed out.

Luca: This is pictures of body parts and I found it very gross.
Nico: It is also how a baby gets made.

Nico: Speaking of underwear, this is us standing in front of where the toilet is.
Luca: It was right next to the last thing we did.
Luca: This is where we ate lunch.
Nico: That lunch was yummy!

Nico: That is what we ate.

Luca: I got some yummy tripe. Tripe is cow belly.
Nico: And I got some bread with tomato on it.
Luca: It is called Bruschetta.

Nico: This is us on the bus to San Gimignano.
Luca: Our friend Isaac is staying there with us. San Gimignano is another place in Italy.
Luca: This is me and dad and Nico standing in front of a nice view.

Nico: This is in front of the neighborhood where we were staying in.
Luca: We were trying to find our hotel.
[Mom: San Gimignano is a walled city, this was us entering the city through the large porta.]

Luca: That is our hotel. I think this hotel is pretty cool except there was a dungeon where there is most likely to be zombies.
Nico: The friend Isaac that we were talking about earlier actually lives there like we do.
Nico: This is our beds.
Luca: My bed is at the edge of the picture. I chose it because I wanted to have the most peaceful bed because the closer you are to the window, the less peaceful it is.
Nico: I think my bed was the least peaceful because I laid straight in front of the window.
Luca: I think dad was the most unpeaceful person because he was laying right next to the window and his ear was facing the window.
Nico: Not exactly, Luca, because half the night I switched sides and slept on the other side.

Nico: This is me standing next to a bunch of golden swords.

Luca: That is me and Isaac playing outside of a weapons shop where me and Nico got slingshots.

Nico: This was a tower we climbed. It had at least 218 steps.
Luca: It felt kind of creepy to be that high.

Luca: This is a piazza.
Nico: It is our piazza.

Luca: This is us taking a walking, and we found a cave and there was a needle stuck in the wall with blood dripping down the wall.

Nico: That is Luca and Isaac standing in front of the police station.
Luca: Mom thought the police were going to arrest me.
Nico: It was really our friend McKenna trying to pet the cat.

Nico: We had a fun dinner there.
Luca: It was fun but there were too much bees there.
I took this picture of Isaac's mom because she wanted me to.

Nico: After we finished we went and looked out at a view in a garden that was behind our dinner table.
Luca: We saw a creature that was either a moose, alpaca, or donkey, and we saw a bunny but the bunny kept hiding from us.
Nico: But while we were waiting for the parents to finish their dinner since the kids finished early, we played some little games.

Luca: That is a family picture of us.

Nico: We watched the soccer game with our friends.
Luca: The game was Italia versus Germania, which was really Italy and Germany, and we were rooting for Italia but Italia lost.

No Pictures
Luca: I really liked playing with Isaac and San Gimignano was a very fun place. I didn't like how we could only stay for one and a half days.
Nico: Us and Isaac walked home together on the last day to get our bags.
Luca: It was very fun playing with Isaac.
